Questions before you buy

How do I pay?

By card, on a secure page. You do not need an account to buy — though one is made for you when you buy a seminar, so that you can watch it again.

When do I get what I bought?

Printable materials and the recorded seminar are yours the moment you pay. For a 1:1 session, I email you within 24 hours to arrange the day and time.

How long can I watch a recorded seminar?

Three months from the day you buy it, as often as you like. A week before it ends, I send you a reminder.

Can I have a refund?

It depends on what you bought. Printable materials and recorded seminars cannot be sent back once you have them, and you are asked to agree to that before you pay. If a file will not open or a video will not play, write to me and I will fix it or refund you. A 1:1 session can be moved or refunded if you let me know in good time, and if I ever have to cancel, you choose another time or your money back. The full details are in the Refund Policy.

Which language are the sessions in?

Greek or English, whichever you feel more comfortable in. Just tell me when we arrange the day and time. The printable cards are designed in Greek, with a simple English guide.
