Your contract is with [ Legal name of the business ], [ address ], Greece, tax number [ AFM ]. You can reach me at montessoribeesedu@gmail.com.

How an order works
Choosing something and paying for it is an offer to buy. The contract is made when the confirmation email reaches you. Card payments go through Stripe; card details never reach this website.
What you may do with what you buy
- Printable materials are for you: print them as often as you like, for your own children or for the class you teach. Please do not resell them, share the files, or put them online.
- Recorded seminars are for you to watch, for as long as your access lasts. Please do not record, download or pass on the video, and do not share your account.
- Sessions are for the person who booked them and their family or setting.
Arranging and moving a session
After you pay, I write within 24 hours to agree a time. If you need to move or cancel a session, please tell me at least [ number ] hours beforehand and we will find another time. [ What happens with less notice than that. ]
What this is, and what it is not
Everything here is educational guidance, grounded in Montessori practice and in what you tell me about your child, your home or your classroom. It is not a medical, psychological or developmental assessment, and it is not a substitute for advice from a doctor, a psychologist or a speech and language therapist. If something in a session suggests that kind of help would be useful, I will say so.
What can be promised
I will do the work carefully and with attention. No outcome for a particular child can be promised, because no two children are the same. If something goes wrong that is my fault, what you can claim is limited to what you paid for that thing.
Law, and where a disagreement goes
Greek law applies, and the courts of [ city ] have jurisdiction — but as a consumer, you keep every right your own country’s law gives you. The European Commission also runs an online dispute resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
Changes
These terms can change. The version that applies to your order is the one on this page on the day you ordered, and the date at the top says when it last changed.
